About Us
Venture North provides low-cost loans and no-cost consulting to NW Michigan small business owners who may not qualify for loans from traditional lending sources.
We are your neighbors, living and working in northern Michigan’s rural communities, small towns, and shoreline villages.
We have provided low-cost loans to nearly 200 northern Michigan businesses totaling over $11 million, leveraging more than $40 million from commercial lending partners and have assisted in creating or retaining over 1,100 local jobs.
