Description
A two-session seminar will investigate both the positive and negative aspects of homeostasis and how it impacts virtually every facet of our lives. Our comfort in life is based on finding a balance that allows us to feel comfortable as we deal with the concept of change. Six key areas of life will be examined to show how balance gained through an understanding of homeostasis can provide a valuable advantage in our desire to live a happy, satisfying and fulfilling existence.
