The Frostbite Chili Cook Off presented by Manistee Mainstreet DDA, celebrates the winter chill with a frozen turkey bowl, ice cornhole, live music and a chili crawl throughout Manistee's downtown business district.  Make your way through downtown and enjoy tasting chili entries by talented area chefs.
