There will be a brief speech by the mayor and Ted Arens at the Veterans Gazebo. The United States Coast Guard will place a wreath in the river followed by a rifle salute and taps. 11 AM: Oak Grove Cemetery Immediately following the parade\, various veteran groups and their auxiliaries will place poppies on wreaths\, followed by a rifle salute and taps.
